The name comes from a character/company from the Goonstation Space Station 13 universe lore. Discount Dan’s is a purveryor of cheap very questionable products which commonly have random interesting side effects. In short, Dan is just kinda something I used to tie my models together across model series while making a reference to a relatively to a game I enjoy.
